Into The Archives (Docu-series)

Into The Archives is a six-episode docu-series currently in production about Black art and culture with the intention of preventing redlining in the metaverse. Using augmented reality to engage with archives, artwork and cultural artifacts, creative technologist Damien McDuffie brings new life to Black history with a focus on the revolutionary Black Panther Party. With Damien’s Black Terminus AR application, viewers are invited to activate artwork that appears in the show to expand the experience beyond the traditional screen.
